Utility to fix approved tutors who don't have the is_tutor flag set on their User record

What this tool does:

  • • Finds approved tutors who don't have is_tutor: true on their User record
  • • Sets the is_tutor flag so they can access tutor features
  • • Useful when a tutor was approved but can't add students or access tutor pages
