Manage Tutor Rules & Regulations

This document outlines the mandatory rules and regulations that all independent tutors (hereinafter referred to as "Tutor" or "You") must agree to and abide by when providing services through the Araliya Tutors online platform. Adherence to these guidelines is a condition of maintaining your service agreement with Araliya Tutors.

1. Patience and Respect

Tutors must maintain the highest standards of professionalism, patience, and courtesy when interacting with all students, parents, and platform staff. Tutors shall create a positive, supportive, and respectful learning environment at all times.

2. Confidentiality and Compensation

Discussions regarding compensation are strictly forbidden. You shall not, under any circumstances, discuss your payment rates, fees charged, or financial arrangement with Araliya Tutors with any students, parents, or other tutors.

3. Personal Contact Information (Zero Tolerance Policy)

For the security and privacy of all parties, Tutors must not share personal contact details (including, but not limited to, private email addresses, personal phone numbers, social media profiles, or third-party messaging handles) with students or parents.

Violation of this rule is a security breach and will result in automatic and immediate disqualification and removal from the Araliya Tutors service.

4. Honesty and Communication

Tutors are required to be honest and transparent regarding their availability, teaching capability, and any issues or concerns they encounter. If you experience any technical difficulties, scheduling conflicts, or problems with a student, you must promptly discuss the issue directly with Araliya Tutors management.

5. Class Cancellation Policy

Tutors must notify Araliya Tutors and the affected student/family of any necessary class cancellation at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Failure to adhere to this 48-hour notice period may result in disciplinary action. Exceptions will only be made for documented emergencies, which must be reported to management immediately.

6. Timeliness

Tutors must start and end all scheduled tutoring sessions promptly at the agreed-upon time. Consistent tardiness is considered a violation of this agreement.

7. Exclusive Use of Educational Materials

Any proprietary or licensed educational materials, tools, lesson plans, or intellectual property provided to you by the Araliya Tutors platform must not be used, shared, copied, or leveraged for any tutoring service, platform, or personal venture outside of your contracted services with Araliya Tutors.

8. Platform Usage

All tutoring sessions, communication, and scheduling must be conducted solely through the official Araliya Tutors platform and its designated channels.

By signing up and providing services on the Araliya Tutors platform, the Tutor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with all the rules and regulations set forth in this agreement.

Failure to comply with any section of this agreement may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or immediate termination of the service agreement.
